My name is Kristen Stafford-Howe and my nine year old son goes to integrity Martial arts and all who know me know how picky I am I don’t endorse thing lightly My son had adHd and the martial arts program here Enfield has brought him into a positive realm and state of mind He still endures daily struggles However he has a big positive influence in integrity martial arts There staff including the owner Jon M as been positive influence Jacob They offer a variety of classes and individual self help They are always looking out for the best interest of child Teaching them at early age on team work and self improvement These things cannot be taught at school My son has learned to focus more and listen and be respectful They listen to parents and they support parents as well with there child They teach martial arts and in that forum they also teach life skills needed Your child matters to them weather they have special needs or they don’t they all treated the same The staff is the most caring people and the most skilled You can start your children as little as 3-5 to five and older At any stage these professionals know what they are doing Jacob is in what is called the leader ship program The leader program teaches students directly how to use team work to help others Its worth wild investment in my child’s future and yours My son has place where he can lean and have fun at the same time They offer variety of special days where the children can have open play We just came back from a little Mardi Gras party which they had games and prizes They offer camps to student in the summer and during the school year when there is no school This was the best investment for my family ever and especially for Jacob
