Finally is found a way to channel my misunderstood passion I even found people who LOVED my passion Who nurtured it For whom passion was the NORM In this painfully apathetic world you will be hard pressed to EVER find that for your child I wasn’t always cooperative either Sensei Jon received open and blatant disrespect from me in my early teens with grace tact and dignity All the senseis did I went from someone who could not socialize without picking fights and showing disrespect to someone who has learned to teach and nurture children along the same path I was patiently led down With all I’ve gone through I should be a statistic an addict a juvenile offender something And I was on my way there But I’m not I’m a teacher now And a hard working student And a lot of things I could never be without such a loving environment Integrity Martial Arts gave me a home and a family It gave me unconditional acceptance It gave me a new passion and a way to channel my old ones It gave me valuable life skills It gave me hope and a second chance It gave me just short of everything I am so blessed to be there My parents will tell you that it was worth every last dime Thank you Sensei Jon
