I just wanted to take the time to tell you how fortunate we feel to be a part of your community It s been almost 6 years now and when we took time we could have gotten involved with virtually anyone it s just great it was INTEGRITY For our family the reasons are obvious I m sure through lots of hard work and dedication you have established a perfect balance between karate the physical aspects and perhaps more importantly the sense of spirit mind and body The lessons our daughter Casey has learned at Integrity are invaluable and the added bonus is she loves being a part of what you all do here As you know I do the sports at ABC4O in Springfield Through the year I have field calls from karate schools to do features on their student I always shied away from all of it because of the violent nature of karate Now after our experiences with Integrity I couldn t have been more wrong Thanks to you and all your Integrity Family for all you have given to all of us Casey Coen has learned and continues t learn lessons she will carry with her for the rest of her life Integrity is indeed a very special place
