An Overall Amazing Experience I have taken lessons at Integrity Martial Arts for over 8 years and I have loved it I have built strong friendsips and the leadership component has made it even better I have felt a huge improvement in my confidence and interactions with others It has also been enjoyable as an assistant instructor to be able to see the students mature and build confidence The experience has meant much more to me than just the punches and kicks During black belt training I am committed to getting many things done Some of these things include the ability to follow through with ANY task I also want to be able to push myself to the limit even when I am very tired Five qualities I will develop to become a black belt are Focus Determination Perseverance Commitment and Responsibility
