As you may know Hilary and I had Jack’s birthday party at the studio yesterday As expected Jack had a great time But I wanted to send a quick note to let you know how impressed we were with Chris and his ability to control the kids during the course of the party As can be the case with young children there were a few boys who weren’t behaving respectfully and his consistency and manner were amazing He set clear expectations at the beginning of the party and if kids didn’t behave properly and were disrespectful he in a very firm but gentle manner explained what they did wrong instructed how they could correct their behavior and then explained the consequences for their actions He never raised his voice or lost his cool and for the most part those poorly behaving children corrected their behavior I am guessing that Chris deals with the parties because of the way he can handle the kids but I would be remiss if I didn’t let you know how happy we were with his direction and assistance on Sunday
