This letter is to thank everyone for encouraging my daughter Tia and teaching her to value herself and others Prior to starting at IMA Tia was shy held little self-esteem and few friends Within the past few weeks while attending your TASK program Tia has bonded not only with your staff but she has made friends and has been building her self-esteem She has learned to set goals for herself actually writing down short-term and long-term goals in a calendar and planning what she ll do each day to reach those goals Further she actually follows though She has changed her eating habits to help her be healthier practices karate everyday at home and is taking more time to do her homework and chores I could not be more proud or thankful While Tia is turning 9 this month she is acting more mature and I have seen a dramatic change in her behavior If at anytime as all children do she forgets her manners I remind her to value herself and others These values she understands now because of each and everyone at Integrity Martial Arts I thank you all so very much
